1. Scope
These terms govern the use of cadjobs.com. Your contract partner is the sole trader named on the Legal notice. The contract language is English.
2. The service
CAD Jobs publishes job listings and an employer directory. We are not the employer and do not take part in applications or hiring. We do not guarantee that a listing is accurate, complete, or still open. Salary guides are general information only.
Reading the site and receiving job alerts is free.
3. Job listings
You may post only real jobs for a company you are authorised to represent. Listings must not be fraudulent, ask applicants for money, contain malware, or be unrelated to the job. You must not publish personal data of others without a legal right to do so.
You keep all rights in your text and logo. You grant us a free, non exclusive right to store, display, and format them while the listing is online. You confirm you hold those rights.
We may refuse or remove a listing that breaches these terms, the law, or is not a CAD role. You can ask a person to review a refusal.
Keep your login link private. You are responsible for actions taken with it.
4. Paid pin
A paid pin keeps a listing at the top for 28 days. No VAT is charged under § 19 UStG (small business exemption). Business customers outside Germany account for any VAT themselves.
The contract is concluded when you complete payment on the Stripe page. You can correct your entries before you pay. We do not store the contract text for you. Keep a copy of these terms and your invoice.
The pin starts when payment is confirmed. Buying again during a running pin adds 28 days. After the pin ends, the listing stays online as a normal listing.
5. Right of withdrawal for consumers
Only consumers have this right. A consumer acts for purposes outside their trade, business, or profession. Companies, recruiters, and freelancers posting for their business are not consumers.
You may withdraw within 14 days of the contract without giving a reason, by email to [email protected] or at https://www.cadjobs.com/withdraw.
If you asked for the pin to start before the 14 days end, you pay for the days already provided. Your right of withdrawal ends once all 28 days have been provided.

Sie haben das Recht, binnen vierzehn Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen.
Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt vierzehn Tage ab dem Tag des Vertragsabschlusses.
Um Ihr Widerrufsrecht auszuüben, müssen Sie uns (Gianluca Cini, Schönhauser Allee 72, 10437 Berlin, Germany, [email protected], Kontaktformular: https://www.cadjobs.com/contact) mittels einer eindeutigen Erklärung (z. B. ein mit der Post versandter Brief oder eine E-Mail) über Ihren Entschluss, diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen, informieren. Sie können dafür das beigefügte Muster-Widerrufsformular verwenden, das jedoch nicht vorgeschrieben ist.
Sie können Ihr Widerrufsrecht auch online unter https://www.cadjobs.com/withdraw ausüben. Wenn Sie diese Online-Funktion nutzen, übermitteln wir Ihnen auf einem dauerhaften Datenträger (z. B. durch eine E-Mail) unverzüglich eine Eingangsbestätigung mit Informationen zum Inhalt der Widerrufserklärung sowie dem Datum und der Uhrzeit ihres Eingangs.
Zur Wahrung der Widerrufsfrist reicht es aus, dass Sie die Mitteilung über die Ausübung des Widerrufsrechts vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist absenden.
Folgen des Widerrufs
Wenn Sie diesen Vertrag widerrufen, haben wir Ihnen alle Zahlungen, die wir von Ihnen erhalten haben, einschließlich der Lieferkosten (mit Ausnahme der zusätzlichen Kosten, die sich daraus ergeben, dass Sie eine andere Art der Lieferung als die von uns angebotene, günstigste Standardlieferung gewählt haben), unverzüglich und spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag zurückzuzahlen, an dem die Mitteilung über Ihren Widerruf dieses Vertrags bei uns eingegangen ist. Für diese Rückzahlung verwenden wir dasselbe Zahlungsmittel, das Sie bei der ursprünglichen Transaktion eingesetzt haben, es sei denn, mit Ihnen wurde ausdrücklich etwas anderes vereinbart; in keinem Fall werden Ihnen wegen dieser Rückzahlung Entgelte berechnet.
Haben Sie verlangt, dass die Dienstleistungen während der Widerrufsfrist beginnen sollen, so haben Sie uns einen angemessenen Betrag zu zahlen, der dem Anteil der bis zu dem Zeitpunkt, zu dem Sie uns von der Ausübung des Widerrufsrechts hinsichtlich dieses Vertrags unterrichten, bereits erbrachten Dienstleistungen im Vergleich zum Gesamtumfang der im Vertrag vorgesehenen Dienstleistungen entspricht.

6. Refunds and removal
If we end a paid pin early without a breach on your part, we refund the unused days. If we remove a listing because it breaches these terms, there is no refund. Statutory rights for defects remain unaffected.
7. Liability
We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, and under the Product Liability Act.
For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual duty, and only for foreseeable damage typical of this contract. An essential duty is one the contract cannot be performed without, such as showing a paid pin. Otherwise we are not liable for slight negligence.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. If a paid pin is unavailable for a significant time through our fault, we extend it or refund the affected days.
8. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice does not remove mandatory protection under the law of their country of residence.
If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or have no general place of jurisdiction in Germany, the courts of Berlin have exclusive jurisdiction.
We do not take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and are not obliged to.
We may change these terms for the future. Changes do not affect pins already paid for. If a provision is invalid, the rest remains valid.
