We are seeking a motivated Senior Structural Designer to join our Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, detailing, and reviewing structural drawings for a variety of projects, while guiding junior designers. Key Responsibilities - Create, detail, and review structural drawings using AutoCAD - Provide guidance to junior designers in design and drafting tasks - Ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards - Collaborate with project teams on offshore, marine, and oil & gas structures - Independently manages assigned tasks, prioritize deliverables, and ensure timely completion. ### Requirements - Diploma/B-Tech in Mechanical/Structural Engineering. - 10-15 years of relevant experience in structural design. - Strong knowledge of Class rules, regulations, and international standards. - Expertise in steel and aluminum structures, including detailing. - Proficiency in AutoCAD and advanced drafting techniques. - Experience with 3D CAD modelling software is an advantage. - Exposure to offshore, marine, or oil & gas industries preferred What we Offer - Opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects. - Professional growth in a dynamic engineering environment. - Collaborative team culture with industry experts
