Based on their official site, they specialize in: - **Interior design for residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality projects** - **Full design services**, from concept and feasibility planning to construction documentation - **Space styling**, including furniture, lighting, and décor selection - **End-to-end project support**, meaning they can assist from early design stages all the way to construction and final execution ## Key Responsibilities: - Assist with the creation of detailed interior design working drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details. - Translate conceptual designs into technical documentation using CAD software (AutoCAD). - Collaborate with designers and architects to ensure designs are both visually compelling and technically feasible. - Maintain consistency in technical standards and ensure drawings adhere to applicable building codes and regulations. - Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design intent is effectively communicated. - Review and revise drawings based on client feedback, design updates, and project requirements. - Contribute to the selection of materials, finishes, and furnishings, ensuring alignment with project goals. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail. ## **Qualifications:** - Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architectural Technology, or a related field. - Proficiency in **AutoCAD** - Strong understanding of interior design principles, building codes, and construction processes. - Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality technical drawings. - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. ## **Preffered Skills:** - Experience in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, Lumion, or V-Ray). - Knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture sourcing. - Familiarity with sustainable design practices and LEED standards.
