General Responsibilities Detailed design and develop new products according to the schedule. Create and maintain product offer Lead the cost reduction activities for specified project. Support purchasing department on new supplier development. Cost calculation and analysis Technical support and instruction for master data team, Production, Purchasing and Procurement, Quality, and Sales department Work, Cooperate and support with other department to achieve the general target of the company. **Specific Responsibilities** - Check and discuss with MKTG and sales on new requests for new development. - Design and create drawings, BOM and ECQ for new development, brand updating and improvement, and support master data team to input them in SAP and EPIC. - Lead to complete specified new development project, including design, samples and prototypes, test and verification. - Work with purchasing, production, quality, MKTG and sales for relevant points during the whole development process, including equipments and fixtures, documents, etc. - Technical innovation on product to improve performance, reduce cost and follow MKTG trend in this field. - Maintain drawings, BOM. Update drawings and BOM to master data, purchasing, quality and production department. - Apply new technology, material and manufacturing process to product - Involve, cooperate with and support to Production, Purchasing and Procurement, Quality control and Sales department to achieve the specific and annual target. - Finish temporary task assigned. - Performance evaluation for subordinates. - Other issue arranged by the company. **Requirement** - A 3 years bachelor's degree or above in mechanical, electronic or refrigerated field. - A minimum of 2 years of work experience in R&D, project management. - Production-Knowledge of RM, structure, manufacturing process, refrigeration system theory, quality, ERP, cost, and other techniques in refrigerated case field. - Mechanical-Knowledge of material and part manufacturing process, tool and equipment, surface treatment methods. - Refrigerated-Knowledge of refrigeration theory and system - Computers and Electronics — Knowledge of normal electronic components and computer software, including Microsoft office, solid edge, Auto-CAD. - English Language — Knowledge of English, communication in written English. 岗位职责： - 负责新产品或者改进产品的结构设计，出3D图纸 - 负责原材料选择并为关键部件或原材料制定技术规格 - 负责结构方面的技术支持工作 - 与其他工程师一起解决相关问题，改进设计，BOM，制造过程 - 产品技术创新以提高性能，降低成本并遵循市场发展趋势。参与生产，采购和采购，质量，营销和销售部门，并与其合作并提供强有力的支持 - 完成上级领导安排的其他工作任务 任职要求： - 全日制本科以上学历，机械相关专业 - 3年制冷或空调行业机械设计经验 - 掌握BOMs 和3D设计等制图技能
