**Ready to lead projects, not just work on them?** You have built a strong foundation in mechanical building systems. You can design, coordinate, solve problems, and deliver, but you may still be waiting for the opportunity to lead a project, advise clients, mentor others, or have a meaningful voice in how the work gets done. At *Sense Engineering*, this role is designed for an engineer or designer who is ready for that next step. You will take greater ownership of projects, work directly with clients and decision-makers, guide junior team members, and contribute to the continued growth of our mechanical practice.
