## Standard Job Description You will be a Manufacturing Engineer on Third Shift for our PAC-3 program. Our team is responsible for designing and improving manufacturing processes to make production more reliable, efficient, and cost-effective, and providing engineering support to the production floor. **What You Will Be Doing** As the Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible for developing tooling and equipment designs, supporting the production floor, and driving process improvements. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:• Development of tooling and equipment designs from engineering hardware specifications and culminating in complete technical data packages fully defining the tooling / equipment and allowing fabrication of detailed components and assembly of the end item. • Design / documentation efforts to be accomplished IAW company standards utilizing Creo / Solid Works. • Provide engineering support to the production floor for issues that may surface in normal day to day integration processes by analyzing and using problem solving skills in a team environment in accordance with production rate requirements. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues. • Developing and implementing new manufacturing processes and systems. **Why Join Us** We're looking for a talented Manufacturing Engineer who is passionate about improving production processes and adopting new technologies. A company-sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start. ## Basic Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, Aerospace, or other related discipline from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education. - Entry level understanding of basic hand tools and basic knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) - Demonstrated ability for basic problem solving. - Proficiency or experience with AutoCAD, CREO, SolidWorks, or similar modeling software. - Must be a US Citizen. This position will require a government security clearance.
