Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions. **What you will do:** · Develop and maintain structural models and drawing packages for bridge superstructures, substructures, abutments, piers, retaining elements and foundations. · Prepare coordinated models and drawings for civil foundations associated with conveyor supports, sleepers, trestles, transfer stations and related infrastructure where included in the assigned package. · Produce general arrangements, plans, elevations, sections, reinforcement drawings, steel details, piling layouts, anchor layouts, schedules and construction details. · Translate engineering calculations, design sketches, loading information and geotechnical requirements into clear and buildable structural deliverables. · Develop reinforcement arrangements and concrete, steel, piling, anchor and foundation details in accordance with the project design basis and applicable standards. · Coordinate bridge and foundation drawings with civil grading, road approaches, drainage, hydraulic, scour, geotechnical and construction requirements. · Coordinate equipment and structural interfaces using approved layouts, loading criteria and discipline inputs. · Complete model and drawing updates through design-development stages and incorporate review comments in a controlled and traceable manner. · Undertake self-checks and peer checks and contribute to formal design checking, comment resolution and issue preparation. · Identify model clashes, missing inputs and interface concerns early and work with engineering and digital-delivery colleagues to resolve them. · Contribute to quantity take-offs, material schedules, design reviews, constructability assessments and safety-in-design activities. · Maintain consistency between native models, drawings, registers and issued files and work in accordance with project CAD, BIM and document-control requirements. **What you will have:** · Diploma, associate degree or bachelor-level qualification in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Structural Design, Drafting or a related discipline. · Typically 10 or more years of relevant structural design and detailing experience, including bridge, foundation, heavy civil or industrial structures. Candidates with a strong combination of relevant project exposure and technical capability are encouraged to apply. · Strong capability in structural modelling, drafting and production of coordinated construction-ready drawings. · Practical knowledge of reinforced concrete, reinforcement detailing, structural steel, piling, shallow and deep foundations and anchor systems. · Ability to interpret structural calculations, engineering mark-ups, equipment loads, geotechnical information and design standards. · Experience working within checking, revision-control and staged design-submission processes. · Good professional English communication and a collaborative approach to multidisciplinary coordination. **Moving forward together** We want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
