You will be part of a multidisciplinary team where you will design, develop and integrate technological solutions that become an essential part of high-value projects for our customers. WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY ROLE? - Manage the traceability of requirements at the board level, ensuring they align with system specifications. - Select electronic components based on performance, reliability, and lifecycle criteria. - Develop board specifications and associated technical documentation. - Perform schematic design (Schematic Capture) using industry-standard EDA tools. - Collaborate on PCB design and provide support to the engineers responsible for board design. - Generate manufacturing documentation, including bills of materials (BoM), assembly drawings, and test plans. - Operate laboratory equipment for prototyping, integration, and testing activities. - Conduct hardware validation tests, including functional, environmental, and regulatory compliance tests. - Work closely with the Firmware, Mechanical Engineering, and Systems Engineering teams to ensure proper integration of the solution. - Provide support to Production and Quality during the industrialization phases and in resolving issues. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? - Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field. - At least 5 years of experience in hardware design, preferably in the aerospace or defense sectors or in high-reliability environments. - Knowledge of and proficiency with schematic capture and PCB design tools, such as Altium Designer, OrCAD, or Mentor Graphics. - Experience using laboratory instrumentation, including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and power supplies. - Knowledge of EMC/EMI (electromagnetic compatibility and interference) design and the application of standards and environmental testing. - Analytical skills and a focus on solving complex technical problems. - Fluency in English, both spoken and written. - Ability to work in multidisciplinary environments and collaborate with different engineering departments.
