Engineering interns work alongside machine and tool engineers to design, produce, and test components that are in need of improvement or need created for Geoprobe® machines. Interested in applying? **Save time, apply directly at geoprobe.com/join-our-team** **What you will do** - **Project or new part design:** Projects related to aiding in development projects and the making of components for that project - Work with staff engineers to review overall objectives of a project or parts - Determine what the final design needs to accomplish - **Design layout:** Use SolidWorks to layout a 3D model of the project or parts - Utilize time in the shop to develop a 3D model out of available materials - **Fabricate or machine production:** Alongside team members in engineering, machine, and fabrication departments, build and test the final product - Additionally, make repairs to parts/machines/fixtures that need improvement - **Field Testing:** Expect in ground testing using Geoprobe® rigs.
