Swissboring Overseas Piling Corporation Ltd. is hiring for UAE location: Draftsman – AutoCAD (Piling, Geotechnical & Foundation Projects) **Activities:** - Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings for piling, shoring, geotechnical, and foundation projects in accordance with project specifications and engineering requirements. - Develop piling layout plans, pile setting-out drawings, foundation layouts, pile cap details, and foundation sections. - Prepare shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings for piling, shoring, and deep foundation works. - Prepare detailed drawings for bored piles, CFA piles, micropiles, retaining walls, diaphragm walls, secant piles, and other foundation systems. - Develop cross-sections, longitudinal sections, typical details, and construction details based on engineering designs and project requirements. - Review engineering drawings, geotechnical investigation reports, and project specifications to ensure accurate preparation of drawings. - Coordinate with design engineers, project managers, site engineers, surveyors, and other project teams to incorporate technical requirements and site conditions. - Revise and update drawings based on engineering comments, consultant feedback, and site requirements. - Assist in preparing drawing submissions for client and consultant review and approval. - Ensure all drawings comply with project standards, drafting procedures, and applicable UAE construction requirements. - Maintain proper drawing records, revision histories, and document control in accordance with project requirements. - Provide drafting support to engineering and site teams during project execution and assist in resolving drawing-related technical issues. **Requirements:** - Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Civil Drafting, or a relevant technical qualification. - Minimum 02–05 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting, preferably in piling, geotechnical, shoring, and foundation projects. - Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D with the ability to prepare accurate and detailed engineering drawings. - Proven experience in preparing piling layouts, pile setting-out plans, foundation layouts, pile cap details, shop drawings, and as-built drawings. - Strong knowledge of piling systems, deep foundations, shoring systems, and general civil and geotechnical construction drawings. - Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, design details, technical specifications, and survey information. - Experience coordinating with design engineers, site engineers, consultants, and project teams to incorporate drawing revisions and site requirements. - Familiarity with construction drawing standards, drawing submission procedures, and revision control. - Knowledge of Civil 3D, Revit, or other relevant drafting software is an advantage. - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. - Good communication and coordination skills. - Previous experience in foundation projects is an advantage. - Proficiency in MS Office applications. ***Trevi Group is an equal opportunity employer.
