Price Industries, founded in 1949 by Ernest H. Price, is a privately held family company based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Initially a sales organization for air distribution products, it has grown into a leading manufacturer in the commercial HVAC industry. Under Gerry Price's leadership, the company expanded into the U.S. market and established itself as a market leader in air distribution systems for commercial, institutional, and industrial applications.The company offers a variety of services, including application engineering support and research and development through its Price Research Center North. This state-of-the-art facility allows for the testing and development of new products under real-world conditions. Price Industries manufactures a wide range of products, such as commercial air distribution systems, critical environment control systems, electronic and mechanical HVAC equipment, aluminum extrusions, and transit bus windows.
