Job Responsibilities: - Develop accurate 3D BIM models for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems using Revit and related software. - Produce shop drawings, layouts, and schematics from BIM models. - Ensure compliance with project specifications, GCC regulations, and international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, etc.). - Coordinate with architects, structural, and electrical teams to resolve clashes. - Conduct clash detection using Navisworks and implement resolutions. - Attend coordination meetings and support seamless integration with other disciplines. - Prepare accurate As-Built BIM models and documentation for project handover. - Deliver high-quality BIM outputs within deadlines. Key Qualifications: - Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical BIM modeling, with at least 2 years on GCC projects. - Proven experience with design consulting firms in the Middle East. - Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks. - Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, piping, firefighting). - Familiarity with GCC authority standards (DEWA, SEWA, ADM, etc.) and international codes. - Strong teamwork, coordination, and communication skills. - Detail-oriented with ability to work under tight deadlines. - Remote work option available for qualified candidates.
