**Electronic Design Engineer** **Ceredigion, Wales** **Up to £45,000 plus bonuses** Are you an Electronic Design Engineer looking for a hands-on role where you can take electronic products from design through to production? We're working with an established engineering business in Ceredigion, Wales that is looking to strengthen its R&D team with an Electronic Design Engineer. This is a varied role covering electronic hardware design, PCB development, prototyping, testing and troubleshooting, with the opportunity to work closely with manufacturing and engineering teams. **The Role** You'll be involved in the design and development of electronic products, including: - Electronic schematic design and PCB layout - Developing analogue and digital electronic circuits - Building and testing prototype hardware - Debugging and fault-finding at circuit level - Working with microcontrollers and embedded electronic systems - Carrying out testing and validation of new designs - Supporting the transfer of designs into production - Working with manufacturing teams on DFM and DFA - Investigating production and design issues - Producing technical documentation and test reports - Working with suppliers and external manufacturing partners **About You** We're looking for an experienced electronics engineer with a strong practical approach to design and development.
