Required Skills and Qualifications:
Diploma or relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Draughtsman, preferably in Waterproofing or Construction.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
Knowledge of waterproofing systems, technical details, and construction drawings.
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings.
Good coordination skills and attention to detail.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed waterproofing shop drawings, layout drawings, and construction drawings as per project requirements.
- Prepare waterproofing details for roofs, basements, foundations, wet areas, balconies, podiums, swimming pools, and other designated areas.
- Develop technical drawings based on project specifications, architectural and structural drawings, and approved waterproofing systems.
- Coordinate with the engineering and site teams to incorporate site requirements and necessary drawing revisions.
- Review architectural and structural drawings to identify waterproofing requirements and potential clashes.
- Prepare as-built drawings based on actual site conditions and completed works.
- Revise and update drawings based on consultant and main contractor comments.
- Ensure drawings are accurate and comply with project specifications, approved materials, and method statements.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, and submissions.
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure drawings are prepared and submitted on time for approval.

Responsibilities
- To prepare shop drawing.
- To refer and understand the scope of work of the projects.
- Regular updation of drawing register.
- Updation of drawings.
- To carry out the main drawing based on the specification by the Manager- Projects.
- Review the site details with Engineers/Managers-Projects/Architect.
- To provide related projects details to sales department based on the customer supplied drawings/details measured from the site.
- To send drawings to the client for approval.
- Plan and issue the drawing as per requirement of Architect.
- Record all the drawings distribution in drawing control register.
