Partner with engineers to interpret specifications, dimensions, drawings, and product requirements.
Identify drawing or documentation issues and help develop practical solutions.
Support continuous improvement and 5S activities.
Maintain organized and accurate engineering documentation.
Communicate with customers regarding technical or build-to-print requirements when appropriate and under engineering direction.
Follow all safety requirements and contribute to our goal of zero workplace incidents.
Perform other duties as assigned.

0–2 years of experience in drafting, design, engineering, or manufacturing preferred.
Internship, co-op, vocational training, and school-based project experience count.
Previous manufacturing or engineering experience is helpful, but not required.

Skills That Will Help You Succeed
