Context

We are looking for a Revit Modeller with strong experience in structural modelling and BIM coordination for concrete and steel structures. Candidates with hands-on experience in Revit Structure and basic knowledge of rebar modelling and detailing workflows will be preferred. The role includes 3D modelling, drawing production, reinforcement modelling, model coordination, and documentation preparation.

Missions/Main Duties

Develop and maintain accurate 3D structural models using Revit Structure.Prepare detailed structural drawings, sections, elevations, and documentation in accordance with project standards.Create and manage BIM models for concrete and steel structures.Model reinforcement elements in Revit for slabs, beams, columns, walls, and foundations.Prepare reinforcement layouts, rebar detailing drawings, and bar schedules from Revit models.Coordinate with structural engineers and other disciplines to ensure clash-free and accurate models.Update models based on design changes and project requirements.Support BIM coordination and clash detection activities during project execution.Ensure compliance with project standards, BIM requirements, and quality procedures.Extract quantities, schedules, and drawing documentation from Revit models.Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver project requirements within timelines.

Profile/Skills

B.E. in Civil Engineering.Strong knowledge of structural modelling and BIM workflows.Proficiency in Revit Structure.Basic knowledge of rebar modelling and reinforcement detailing in Revit.Good understanding of structural drawings, detailing standards, and construction documentation.Experience in preparing structural models and shop drawings.Knowledge of BIM coordination and clash detection processes will be an added advantage.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Effective communication and teamwork skills.Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
